QUOTATIONS

Prices are based upon information supplied at the time of quoting: duration of "dry" reading text in minutes, amount of spoken words, chosen talent, languages, audio and / or video treatment, media and target audiences, etc. Spanish-Voices reserve the right to re-quote if that information is changed. All quotes are valid for 30 days after submission to client.

PAYMENT TERMS

The client can use our recordings once full payment is completed. Otherwise the client will incur in copyright violation. A prepayment of 35% of the agreed price is required from the new client, prior to project commencement, unless alternative arrangements are approved with Spanish-Voices. 30% of the price should be paid upon completion but before delivery of recordings, and 35% (net 30 calendar days) after completion and delivery of final recordings, unless otherwise noted or previous arrangements are approved. Established clients are entitled to postpone full payment until completion and delivery of files. However a 1,5 % per month late charge, will be added to invoices not paid by the due date, within thirty (30) days from the end of the month. Spanish-Voices reserves the right to set-off any deductions for sums owed. If client fails to make payment within thirty (30) days end of the month, Spanish-Voices may defer production until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of un-produced order. In such case, all rights, including broadcast rights, for continued use of product and services are suspended until payment in full is received by Spanish-Voices. Client will be so notified of such suspension. Client will accept full responsibility for all expenses, including legal fees, court costs, etc. incurred by Spanish-Voices in the collection of payment and / or its enforcement of its copyrights and remedies.

PAYMENT MODALITIES

Spanish-Voices accepts bank wire transfers, checks or PayPal. Expenses for PayPal will amount to 4% and will be included in our invoice. Full banking charges for the wire transfer are the client's liability. All checks must be made payable in US dollars.

AUTHOR CHANGES

Retakes can be free of charge if Spanish-Voices has delivered a recording with pronunciation mistakes or missing parts or unrecorded words or lines, etc. However, the client will be charged for retakes or add-ons, every time the script has been rewritten or expanded or when client asks for a new presentation or delivery style different from the initial reference. Prior to recording the client should provide a phonetic list of brand names exclusive to product or service, including technical terms and jargon, and a contact for verifying any technical terms found to be in doubt. In case a client incurs any additional production charges due to punches / add-ons / pick-ups / extra lines / author changes in texts and / or scripts, after production has begun, he will be subject to additional payments to cover both the voice fees and the studio charges. Mistakes by voice talents found in recordings, like pronunciation mistakes, missing lines or words, etc will be rectified by Spanish-Voices at no additional charge to client, provided our talents are at fault and client informs Spanish-Voices of such discrepancies within a proofing period, of two (2) business day(s) from date the scheduled recordings have been completed and delivered. In the event errors by voice talent are discovered in the scheduled, completed and delivered recordings after the two (2) business day(s) proofing period, these errors will be considered punches / add-ons / pick-ups / extra lines / author changes. In this instance, standard charges, including studio costs and talent fees will apply to make these corrections, regardless of whether the voice is at fault.

Spanish-Voices is entitled to refuse any service proposed by the client this is considered inappropriate, inconvenient or does not correspond to our quality standards. Prices and Payment Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice.

It is not allowed to reproduce pictures, sound or text found on Spanish-Voices without written permission. You should be aware that it is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. Accessing images, text or sound content provided on Spanish-Voices web site does not give you any rights to use it as you wish. Only Spanish-Voices as copyright owner, or our legal agent, can give you permission to copy, distribute, or publicly display copyrighted material. Photos, images, logos, sound content as well as texts at the Site are owned by Spanish-Voices. We will therefore pursue any copyright violation.
